Working with Rasha was a fantastic experience, especially during the pandemic when working with banks and buying a home was even more stressful. She took the time to give me a great deal of advice over the phone even before I confirmed I would be working with her. Rasha was pleasant, easy-going, and very knowledgeable, and has my financial best-interests in mind (not a bank's best interest!). She worked to get us the best rate possible with the least hassle, and kept in touch often as she worked to get us an even better rate before our closing date. Best of all, Rasha was ALWAYS available when I needed to speak to her. Dealing with the bank in the past I sometimes had to wait days to get a response regarding mortgages. In the sometimes, stressful, faced-paced situation of buying a house, it was a game-changer to have someone there for me who I can trust. Rasha clearly loves what she does and values client relationships. Highly recommend.

Rasha and her team are fantastic! Rasha is truly caring and will always seek what's best for you, her client. She went above and beyond to educate me where there were gaps in my understanding and she was pretty much always available by phone, email, or text. All in, it took about 6 business days to get my mortgage application completed (without a pre-approval). I'd highly recommend Rasha's team to anyone who's looking to form a business relationship rather than a transactional exchange.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Rasha on helping me obtain my mortgage. I had met with a financial institution on two separate occasions to refinance my Mortgage and was turned down both times. After being turned down the first time, I turned to another financial source and was paying a very high interest rate. I had to do some renovations on my home and had nowhere else to turn. After the second time of being told that it would not go through, I didn't know what I was going to do. I just needed a chance to get back on my feet. I was at the point of obtaining a second mortgage, which would have devastating.

I actually called Rasha, who was recommended to me by my sister-in-law, to inquire about second mortgages. She said she didn't deal with that type of mortgage but asked me my story. Why did I feel I had to go that route? What happened that caused me to get into this circumstance. After listening to me she said leave it in my hands and let me see what I can do. She provided the first ray of hope I have had. She was thorough and provided great customer service. She was always available and calmly explained that I wasn't in as bad as shape as I was led to believe. Not only was I not going to have to get a second mortgage she was able to obtained a new first mortgage at a fantastic rate. It will allow me to be caught up on everything and I will also have enough to get the renovations that need to be done.

Please for anyone reading this give Rasha a call before you get yourself into a position that you can't get out of. She is amazing and will fight for you to get the best possible solution. I can't say enough about her and what she has done for me and my family! Thank You Rasha!

Rasha and the team were incredibly helpful.

5 stars all around for Rasha and her team!! After being so stressed about which financial institute to visit for applying for a mortgage, my family found Rasha. After one visit to her office she had the application finished and called the same evening to tell us the great news... WE GOT IT! Rasha made the process so so easy and it was obvious she is the best of the best. Can't count my lucky stars enough that we met with her. Beyond grateful for her services and recommend anyone to give her a call. Buying a home is a huge purchase and is often the biggest one we will make, get it handled by someone who makes it easy and stress free for you. Thank you Rasha!

I am thankful and very blessed that I found Rasha Ingratta, she made my dreams come true. If it wasn't for her I don't think that I would of been able to purchase my forever home. My situation was a bit complicated but Rasha made it easy and stress free. My institution that I've been with for 18 years and the only one that I ever delt with for my mortgages turned me away, Rasha was there with open arms. As we all know, when mortgage renewal time comes up it is stressful as we all have our busy and sometimes crazy schedules to meet. Finding time to go and compare rates and best options is tedious to say the least. sometimes dealing with banks directly is a real pain depending on who you meet with. This is where Rasha Ingratta comes in. From the first call and sit down meeting, we were dealing with an individual who is so down to earth and pleasant that it was a breath of fresh air. She helped us to refinance with true dedication and her follow up was amazing. She did essentially all the leg work including lawyer and lending institution communications. She gave various options and gave the best options available. Well, she pulled it off in a time when I needed some critical help. She showed genuine care in my situation and did it with the utmost class and gave me a sense of comfort knowing she was handling my situation. She went all out and was always extremely kind and caring. No phone machines to deal with. I dealt with her directly and that was an amazing feeling in our society where you rarely find someone caring enough and not giving up. She is a kind and truly remarkable person who cares about her client to the point where you feel you have made a new friend. It was the "Absolute best" experience I have had dealing with a broker or lending institution bar none. I can't recommend her highly enough and I will use her in the future for any such needs. When you find the best.....you don't look elsewhere. I would suggest to anyone looking to refinance to see her before going directly through a lending institution. Rasha, God bless you for your kind and caring demeanor. You are a rare individual in today's world where it seems that compassion is not very common anymore. You got us what we needed and never gave up. You are the best! And to top it off, you have found new friends that trust you absolutely. Keep doing what you do.........you do it extremely well. I feel as if I struck gold stumbling upon Rasha 12 years ago. When I bought my first home I wouldn’t have known one lender from another.

Each time I’ve worked with Rasha she has amazed me with her knowledge of the mortgage business and her effectiveness and efficiency of meeting my needs.

She was able to find me rates and deals that beat any offer I was receiving while shopping around on my own. Even when I assumed my current lenders would have the best offer to renew my terms, Rasha was able to prove me wrong every time. Working with her on my third term she not only got me a better rate but found me a lender who paid my legal fees and penalties for leaving my previous contract early, which I didn’t know was possibly. I felt stuck with my current lender.

Rasha’s been in the business long enough to have built solid relationships with many lenders and will take the time to listen to you and most importantly find the right lender for you.

There are many brokers and lenders to choose from, but I am convinced I will never have to shop again. Working with Rasha is easy and pleasurable.

We went to Rasha for not only our first, but our second home purchase. The first time, we were very nervous and did not know what to expect. Rasha was able to get us a mortgage, but also put our worries at ease. She was very helpful. Rasha is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

With our second home purchase, there was no question. We were going to see Rasha. Once again, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and able to get us the absolute best rate.

We only recommend Rasha to our friends and family!

We called Rasha based on other Google reviews and we couldn't be happier. She was able to get us the lowest rate around for a fixed mortgage and even called to let us know the approval went through from Jamaica! Would definitely recommend calling Rasha for your next mortgage inquiry.

The experience my fiance and I had was truly outstanding! We got denied by the bank and were told to try this specific mortgage broker saying how good they were! But to be honest they were better than we thought! Not only did we get approved we got a house where we wanted and perfect for us! They were there for us if we had any questions or even concerns our agent was Joanne Nukk and she did everything in her power to make us happy and make sure we understood every aspect of what buying a house meant and the process we had to go through. When we messaged her saying we're overwhelmed she called and talked us down and said how good were doing! Thanks to Joanne at Mortgage Intelligence my fiance and just bought our first home!!!! 10/10 recommend! Love them

This was our third time choosing Rasha to handle our mortgage/refinance needs. We keep coming back to her because she is the best and we always have a great experience. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel like nothing is impossible, which can be attributed to her professionalism, her wealth of experience, and most importantly because she is a sincere, caring person. Rasha Ingrattta has helped me 3 times over the last 6 years. She has been incredible all three times. She is very professional, hard working, understands her client’s overall situation and she found the best product for me. She genuinely shopped around and I found better rates with overall desirable mortgage features. For the first time, I shopped independently as well but could not find rates as lower as she found for me. I think she enjoys doing her job/business a lot and is very passionate about getting best for her clients. She is very prompt with her e mail and phone call replies. She followed up with all the updates from lenders. She takes her work very seriously, even replies on weekends when it is urgent, and goes over and beyond about her work. I recommend her strongly for your mortgage needs. She is just the best...

Rasha was amazing to work with. My boyfriend and I had been house hunting for almost 2 years and she was there to help us anytime we needed her! When we did finally find a home Rasha made everything so easy for us, and I really appreciated how calm she was when it felt like things were getting stressful or overwhelming. She constantly reassured us everything would be okay and to not worry, and she was right! She also found us multiple lenders and the best rates! I also loved that she was willing to do almost everything online through e-mail as it's hard to get things taken care of after work hours between my boyfriend and I. I will highly recommend her!

My partner and I had the opportunity to purchase a family member’s home, we very quickly chose Rasha as our mortgage broker. We wanted someone who would present to us options and analyze our case on a personal basis and very clearly knew what they were doing, which we got with Rasha. The resources she provided through the entire process were very helpful and reassuring.

The Comprehensive Guide to Home Ownership available on her website allowed us to not only understand home ownership in much better detail but also to prepare and calculate our budget as well as plan out our resources and contacts regarding owning a home. I highly recommend taking advantage of this amazing tool.

We did not want to waste our time or money shopping around ourselves and were excited to find someone non-biased and with access to a wide range of lender options. Rasha took all the information we gave her and found a lender who fit us best in our situation in a timely manner. She took care of the administrative loopholes and reassured us during any scary moments, she was there every step of the way with us from beginning to end. Even when I am sure I was pestering and exhibiting anxiety about the process she was always there to reassure and explain everything in a very clear and concise manner.

Overall, during this very stressful and anxiety driven process I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us through this process. We will absolutely continue to return to Rasha in the future regarding all of our mortgage needs.
