ShopMortgages.ca shares general mortgage information from Rasha Ingratta & Mortgage Associates, Mortgage Intelligence. It helps you prepare questions and consider options; it does not replace advice based on your circumstances, a lender’s assessment or the written terms of a mortgage. Our current local focus is Windsor-Essex and nearby communities. Ask the team about support for your property and location.

Rates, estimates and dated articles

Rates and programs can change. A displayed rate is not an offer to lend, a rate hold or a promise of eligibility. Property, loan amount, down payment, credit, mortgage insurance and lender conditions affect availability. Confirm current rates, fees, payment features and penalties with the team before making a decision.

Examples and estimates are illustrations, not guaranteed results. Taxes, insurance, legal costs and other charges can affect total cost. Articles retain their publication dates and may describe historical rules, programs or market conditions. Check current requirements before relying on an older article. A testimonial describes its contributor’s experience, not a guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.

Forms and applications

Contact, pre-qualification and quick-application forms send your information to our central team. Submitting does not authorize a credit check, create a mortgage commitment, reserve a rate or guarantee a response by a particular deadline. Confirm urgent instructions directly by calling (519) 250-4848. Do not use an inquiry form to send confidential documents or account details.

The separate long-form application opens Mortgage Intelligence’s service. Its own terms and privacy notice apply. Other linked websites are operated by their providers; their availability and information may change.

Responsible use and ownership

Provide accurate information for an actual inquiry. Do not impersonate someone, submit another person’s confidential information without authority, send unlawful or abusive material, interfere with the website or attempt to access restricted records.

You may read, save or print information for personal reference. Rights in photographs, logos, articles, videos and third-party materials remain with their owners. Ask about permission for reuse beyond what applicable law permits.
