ShopMortgages.ca is the website of Rasha Ingratta & Mortgage Associates, Mortgage Intelligence, Brokerage Licence #10428. For privacy questions, call (519) 250-4848, use our Contact Us form, or contact the office at 3385 Dougall Ave., #200, Windsor, ON N9E 1S8. Tell us that your request concerns privacy so the team can direct it appropriately.

Information you choose to share

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address and message, with optional phone and referral details. Pre-qualification also asks about your mortgage plans and optional estimates of value, down payment and timing. The quick application asks for contact and address details, borrowing and property ranges, and your own description of your credit situation. These forms start a conversation; they do not run a credit check, approve a mortgage or upload documents.

We save your inquiry in the website’s submission system before attempting a notification. We also record the form and originating page, submission time, consent confirmation, IP address and browser information to handle requests, prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery. Designated team members receive notification copies through the central intake list; messages are not automatically assigned to the individual whose profile you visited.

Please do not send Social Insurance Numbers, account or card numbers, passwords, identity documents or tax records in a website message. Ask the team which approved application or document service to use for sensitive records. A notification is an email copy, not a secure document-upload service.

Browser storage and optional measurement

Our forms and signed-in sessions use necessary browser storage. You can separately choose Allow measurement to let this browser remember campaign labels, advertising click identifiers, referring websites and visit times for up to 90 days. With that choice, campaign context can accompany a submitted inquiry. Choose Essential only to use the forms without that campaign history. Inquiry consent does not subscribe you to promotional emails or text messages.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your measurement choice. Withdrawal clears stored campaign history from this browser, not information already saved with an inquiry, notification or backup. If you allow measurement, Google Analytics receives page views and limited interaction events, such as phone or application-link clicks and a successfully saved inquiry. We use the existing Analytics property and its linked Google Ads reporting. Explicit events exclude your form answers, contact information and financial details; Google may also collect technical and interaction information under its existing measurement settings. Google can process this information outside Canada. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. Choosing Essential only prevents our Google measurement code from loading. Withdrawal stops future Google measurement from this browser and clears its visible Analytics cookies; it does not remove information already held by Google.

Access, providers and linked services

Authorized website administrators can review saved inquiries and retry notifications. Hosting and technical support providers help operate and back up the website. The current hosting service is OVHcloud in Quebec; authorized maintainers also keep backup copies. Team email accounts include Mortgage Intelligence and Google services. Email providers, linked applications and media services may process information outside Canada; Canadian website hosting does not mean all processing takes place in Canada.

The separate Mortgage Intelligence application has its own terms and privacy notice. Review those before using it. Some articles contain YouTube or other third-party media: existing embeds can contact their provider when a page loads, while the Client Stories videos load only when you choose to play. The footer’s campaign choice does not block every third-party service.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiry, notification and backup retention is handled manually; there is not currently a fixed website deletion schedule or automatic removal of these records. The 90-day browser limit is not an inquiry-retention period. Ask the team about a particular record or removal request. Mortgage files may have separate brokerage, lender and legal recordkeeping requirements, and copies in email or backups may need separate handling.

Access controls and encrypted website connections help protect information, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Share only what is needed for the first conversation and report a suspected privacy or security issue through the contact routes above.

Your requests and choices

You can ask about information held about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern through the website, phone or office. Requests are handled individually. The team may need to verify your identity without asking you to place identity documents in a public inquiry form. Recordkeeping obligations and other people’s privacy may limit what can be disclosed or removed; ask for an explanation where a request cannot be fulfilled.
